High Low Shirt Dress

So, let me tell you...

I was originally going to wear this high low blouse as a shirt dress, but after some consideration I opted to add a mini skirt for a little more coverage. I'm so glad I did, because I would have given quite a few people a peep show... and that definitely wasn't the look I was going for. With that that, I still wanted to give the appearance of it being a shirt dress, so I hiked my mini skirt up a tad bit to achieve that look.
