So, let me tell you...

If you follow me on Instagram you know that I posted this outfit a few weeks ago. I wore this to a graduation then out to lunch thereafter. I layered an off the shoulder dress (previously seen here) with a knee length pencil skirt. Truthfully, it was kind of warm that day, so the layered concept wasn't the coolest combination, but it was totally worth the sweat.
